Policies

Non-cumulative
Non-transferable
Non-redeemable/interchangeable with other programs.
After you make the purchase, it's nonrefundable.
If you need to make any changes regarding the teacher, schedule, vacation leaving, definitive pause of the program, etc. It must be solicited to the administration (online@escuelamexicana.com), not to the professor.
You may cancel a class within 24 hours of anticipation. Otherwise, it will be counted as a given class and discounted from your class package.
The payment term is valid for six months starting on the day of realization.
After settling the details with the administration (Test, interview, schedules), you have the following times to start using your program:
Plus 15 classes - 3 month
Plus 10 classes - 2 months
Plus 5 classes - 1 month
The maximum time for the completion of the Plus Program will be the following:
Plus 15 classes - Finishing it in 24 weeks.
Plus 10 classes - Finishing it in 14 weeks
Plus 5 classes - Finishing it in 8 weeks
If you can't complete it after these weeks, the remaining classes will be counted as given.
If you require the recordings of the Plus Program, They will be valid on our platform and in your profile for the duration of the program.

Days and times cannot be changed.
The Program is structured, and the topics of each session must remain the same.
The recordings of the standard Program will be valid on our platform and in your profile for the duration of the Program. It's possible to not assist in one of the lessons in a group class, but the class won't be made up (since you already have the recordings as backup). In case none of the students show up to class, there will not be any recording.
In case you want to try any of our programs, it's possible to have a free trial class:
Modalidad Standard: 1 clase de 60 min.
Plus Program: 30 minutes of private class.
